During my initial meeting with this client, they expressed their need for a mudroom and garage access, but due to budget constraints, an addition was not possible. Through creative thinking, we were able to repurpose an adjacent den, reorient an existing powder room, and voila! We were able to deliver not only the desired mudroom and garage access, but also a walk-in pantry, and a stunning navy & white kitchen complete with modern accents and touches of brass.
