Another great collaboration with JLM Design. By bumping a part of the back of the house out less than 8 feet we were able to greatly enlarge the kitchen, rework the circulation patterns, and create a dream environment for this super organized client. Also on the wishlist was a hardworking and brilliantly colored mudroom. We enclosed the side porch and created a side entry that works perfectly off of their existing driveway. We then layered in neutrals with beautiful woods and pops of pattern and color for the prettiest palette. New plantings and a new patio and this house is ready to host a crowd.
