This is a grand house in a beautiful neighborhood in town, but when the clients purchased it had been in disrepair for years; neglected it needed some love. There was absolutely nothing to save from the original kitchen, we took out 2 huge columns, replaced them with a majorly BIG beam, and opened up the space. A beautiful serene palette of denim blue, whites and woods was created with multiple zones, for cooking, baking and coffee! Then upstairs we tackled 3 bathrooms, they all have their own personalities, all inspired by my tile sourcing. The deep blue in the primary, the terrazzo floor in the jack n jill and then a request for black and white (with a pop of deep green) in the ensuite. This home's interiors finally shine.
